Error Culture – openly discuss mistakes and learn from them

Preventing accidents and diseases as much as possible is an important objective for every company. An open and constructive error culture is very conducive to achieving this goal. Errors are openly addressed, and near-misses, accidents and work-related diseases are systematically dealt with by all those involved. This process involves looking at exactly how the incident could have happened, without any hasty finger-pointing. This is how learning for the future can happen.
