Focus groups

To pool members’ expertise even better, the board decided in 2016 to set up focus groups for an exchange of information on specific topics. On the basis of a survey of all members at the beginning of 2017, four focus groups were formed:

• Behavioural measures and safety culture
  chaired by Dr Volker Koch, etalon international GmbH
• Technical measures plus personal protective equipment
  chaired by Borko Rosic, A.H. Winterberg GmbH & Co. KG
• Organisational measures
  chaired by Henning Rolfes, Bauunternehmung August Mainka GmbH & Co.
• Mobility and in-company road safety
  chaired by Kay Schulte, German Road Safety Council

All focus groups held their first meetings in 2017 and 2018 on topics such as leadership culture and teleworking. At the next annual meeting, they will give an overview of the insights gained.
