Bicycles
Rental bicycles are available for a fee. The storage of bicycles, e-scouters and e-bikes and their batteries in the hotel is prohibited. There is a charging station for e-bikes in the small parking lot at house 2.

Check Out
Please note, that your Key Card is valid only at departure day on weekdays until 09:00 a.m. and at weekend until 11.00 a.m.. Please leave your Key Card at the front desk.

Quick Check Out
Please only put the key card in the envelope. Please keep the guest pass with the catering information.

Our front desk is 24 hours available and accessible

Gastronomy
Our hotel has a restaurant (for buffet), a bistro (for a la carte) and a sports bar. You can inform yourself about the opening hours at the front desk or with the postings in the hotel.

Lockers
You can leave your luggage in our baggage store on floor -2.
You need a €1.00 or €2.00 coin.

Lodging tax
The city of Dresden levies a lodging tax. In principle, all persons staying overnight in Dresden for a fee are subject to tax. This also includes work- and training-related accommodation. For more information and exemptions, please see the information sheet. (PDF, 548 KB)

We accept cash payments up to an invoice amount of €100.00. We accept all major bank and credit cards.

Pets
Bringing pets is possible on request. Please contact our reception staff before your arrival.

Sauna
Opening times: October to May daily from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m
June to September: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m
Bathrobes and towels can be hired from reception for a fee.

If you need information about a sightseeing tour in your native language, please contact our front desk.

Our Hotel is equipped with: Boule place · Billard room · Gym with sports hall · Skittle alley and playground.
