Aside from developing software for the Social Accident Insurance Institutions, this section in the Exposure and Risk Assessment department is responsible for coordinating the technical-scientific data processing at IFA.
The section's focal points are:

Supporting the Social Accident Insurance Institutions in determining, assessing and documenting hazards at work by
providing software systems (OMEGA hazardous substances, noise, spinal column strain, vibration).

Development of software for exposure information for the recognition of occupational diseases, training and support
of users

Supporting the divisions in recording and evaluating technical-scientific data

Conducting research and development on healthy work with IT at the workplace
