Here at the DGUV, education is something that is very close to our hearts. We are happy to fund a wide range of educational projects. From software to soft skills, there is so much to choose from.

What do we offer? In addition to educational leave and a wide range of further education and training opportunities, we hold annual objectives discussions, during which we discuss which education and training programmes you would like to pursue and put specific measures in place to make this a reality. When you work for us, you can take advantage of internal or external training courses, and we also offer in-house and online seminars when there is a demand for these, plus unrestricted access to LinkedIn Learning for all of our staff. Larger educational objectives can also be funded individually.

We also support you with the use of our educational programmes, which are released every year by the Institute for Work and Health of the German Social Accident Insurance (IAG) and The DGUV Academy – the university and school of applied sciences of the German Social Accident Insurance.

We also have learning and project days within our various departments, the Willkommen@DGUV information event for all new employees at all locations, our internal knowledge compass, networks, work groups and much more.

We help you to enter the world of work – we provide training in areas such as office management, commercial skills and digitalisation management. We also offer a dual study programme in “Software Engineering”, as well as a practical work placement for specialised upper secondary schools at our site in Bad Hersfeld.
